Synopsis
In the mid 1940s, Enrique Hubermann, a lonely bachelor doctor, with his heart broken by an unhappy love affair, he has decided to spend a season in Ostende, a resort long-abandoned by tourists. Enrique has come here to forget Mary, with whom he fell madly in love and who broke it off with no explanation. But fate has decreed that Mary will also be spending a few days in the same location her sister and her sister’s fiancé. The other face of passion is hatred: overnight, the phantasmagorical hotel has become a hideous inferno of crime, suspicion and horror.
